  • How to order?

    Pick products and place the order on our website. We will send you a pro forma to pay for the goods. If needed, we might to contact you to discuss other details of the product and delivery.

  • How fast will I get my order?

    Your order will be shipped the next working day after the payment was received. Delivery in EU takes somewhere from 5 to 10 working days, as in Baltic countries (Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia) – 1-2 working days.

  • Which countries do you ship to?

    We are based in Lithuania and do ship to all EU countries.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept bank transfers - it is the cheapest and easiest way.

  • Can I pay through the PayPal?

    If you want to pay using Paypal let us know by dropping an email to [email protected]. Bear in mind that we may charge extra if you choose this payment method.

  • Can I get a discount?

    Discounts can be applied for the big volumes or if you are reseller. Contact us at [email protected] if you are one of those.

  • Can I get a refund? What if I'm unhappy with my order?

    Providing high-quality products is just as important to us as it is to you. If there’s something wrong with the products you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 2 weeks to ask for a refund and return the products.
    If you would like to return a products, you have to follow these guidelines:

    • The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.
    • The products have to be in the packaging we sent in the first place.
    • The products have to be damage free.
